The Company is currently producing commercial quantities of oil and gas from fields it owns and operates with a primary focus on the redevelopment of proven producing oil and gas properties.
Mark E. Holbrook is our Founder and has been our President and Director since our incorporation on July 9, 2009. From January 10, 1989 to July 9, 2009, Mr. Holbrook was Chief Executive Officer of Mark E. Holbrook and Associates Company, a Petroleum Engineering Consulting Company that provided professional services in reservoir engineering, exploration technologies, project economics, and oil and gas property acquisition.

The strong management team has identified an excellent mix of opportunities that could yield strong returns leveraging today’s rising oil and gas prices for short-term profits while building capital to reinvest in future energy development opportunities. Revenues are generated from the sale of oil and gas on a monthly basis.
USE OF FUNDS
Puissant intends to establish a quick investment recovery for each project. Initial and generated profits from each of the early stage projects will be reinvested for growth and diversification. The goal is to continually increase monthly residual revenues from oil and gas sales to long term steady production.
